Consulting Firm has established a practice which focuses on developing health risk adjuster tools for the underwriting market and they are searching for a Profit Center Manager to lead marketing and coordinate product development. The incumbent will have full responsibility for leading and assisting to build a strong portfolio of products (some product lines are currently ready to be marketed). The duties of this role include: developing a product plan, marketing the products, understanding the market for the products and leading ongoing product development and coordinating the technical aspects of development. There will be significant interaction with clients. Candidates should have the following criteria: be self directed, have project management skills, be client savvy and able to develop and maintain client relationships, be able to bring vitality and insight to the practice, and be able to encourage growth in other members of the team. An actuarial background would be most befitting for this role however, candidates with other backgrounds such as underwriting are welcome.
