Candidates should have the following experience: a track record of successfully leading cross-practice new business sales and consulting efforts to Fortune 500 clients, the capability to manage a team of several retirement Principals, modeling the skill-set for them to become cross-practice trusted advisors to their clients, the ability to provide innovative and workable solutions that meet clients' overall business and financial objectives, the capacity to see the "big picture", leveraging the full resources available within the company to address the clients' business challenges, expertise in retirement strategies, plan administration and financial management, plan design, retirement medical and due diligence support for mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, candidates should have strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of quickly building credibility and gaining the confidence of individuals at all levels, both externally and internally.
