A Midwest consulting hub is seeking an IT Support professional with experience in RELIUS systems support to assist the Retirement Practice, its employees and IT staff with IT problems and requests. This would include workstation, server, and software problems, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for technology used in the retirement practice. Responsibilities: support and assist retirement staff with Relius Administration problems related to technology, such as running scripts, interacting with Relius staff, exports and imports, STP Tasks, DVC, Web, VRU and Relius software upgrades on all Relius Administration systems in all retirement offices company-wide. Also work with Relius Administration support in resolving problems; assist RR staff with other RR software; Government Forms, Datair, Maximizer, Pro Val, Crystal, and MS Office; assist and back up other retirement IT staff with various support items; work on various IT initiatives as they are implemented and assist with the Data Request project. Requirements: Must have RELIUS experience helping end users with technical issues; two years experience in IT support with Relius software and/or combination technology experience and education; appropriate knowledge of workstations, servers, networks, and Relius Administration software, Crystal, STP Tasks, DVC, Web and VRU.
