Oversee staff of 10 involved in Research & Development involving rates, rules and form filings for the P&C insurance industry; assist in defining the vision and direction of the R&D Unit; help develop new statistical reports; assist with the preparation of competitive analysis documents; work with web developers in planning, designing and development of website, which delivers their services; manage and plan the product development of companies enhancements, the development of statistical reports and the expansion of services and products into new areas. ACAS designation preferred with a minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the insurance industry required, in depth understanding of P&C insurance products and exceptional research & analytical skills. 4+ years product development experience as it relates to personal lines insurance is preferred.
