Not for profit organization looking to add an Associate Health Actuary. This position reports to and works with the Director, Health Products to analyze plan experience, price, and value the organization's health, disability, retirement, and survivor benefit plans. Will serve as the technical expert in creating, enhancing, and maintaining the department's systems and prepares analysis and reports for use by staff, trustee's and auditors. Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of actuarial experience and be near an ASA if not already an ASA. Organization run like a business, but offers low stress and no client or political stress. Plus, they offer a great work life balance. Candidates would ideally come from a consulting or insurance environment and have the desire to move up in the organization.
