Not for profit organization looking to add a Director of Retirement Plans to their organization. The Director will be the only one on the Retirement side reporting to the VP of Benefits. Responsible for ensuring that the strategy, design, funded status and operational activities for all retirement and survivor benefit plans are consistent with the organization's mission and vision by providing leadership and guidance to departments and individuals working on such plans. Will also provide support and counsel to the VP, Products and Services on various plan management initiatives. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years management experience with concentration in retirement benefit plans. ASA required and FSA preferred.
