Annuity Project Manager opening in Mid-Atlantic Region. Responsibilities: Work with senior management in the development of the worldwide annuity strategy; monitor trends in annuity products and needs in all major territories, recommend short and long-term strategies to enable to meet corporate growth targets; develop creative new product concepts; assist the field in the development of business cases for new products, new distribution channels, etc; lead in the execution of strategies ensuring that all projects are completed on a timely basis; lead in the development of experience studies; monitor profitability of products and propose recommendations to take corrective action as necessary. Focus on comparison of actual experience for key profit drivers to those expected during the pricing process. FSA with a proven track record of delivering innovative product designs, international insurance experience a plus, experience with a broad range of annuity products including FA, VA, EIA, SPIAs.
